HB totally managed my whole sale process from valuation to receiving the cash in my account (asking price) all achieved within 4 months. I'd like to commend Harrison Boothman for the truly first class customer experience that I recently enjoyed during my family's house move to Skipton. The buyer pulled out of the house purchase of my buyer's property after 8 weeks. HB turned a horrible situation in which we really thought we'd missed out on the opportunity to buy our dream home into an excellent outcome for all parties throughout the chain. All parties were immediately contacted by HB, everyone agreeing to keep their prospective property sales on hold to enable the seller at the beginning of the chain to find another buyer.
