HB totally managed my whole sale process from valuation to receiving the cash in my account (asking price) all achieved within 4 months. I never had to meet the purchaser, arrange a viewing, agree a price or do anything other than sign my name - a very easy, efficient and quick all inclusive service. I'd like to commend Harrison Boothman for the truly first class customer experience that I recently enjoyed during my family's house move to Skipton. The buyer pulled out of the house purchase of my buyer's property after 8 weeks. HB turned a horrible situation in which we really thought we'd missed out on the opportunity to buy our dream home into an excellent outcome for all parties throughout the chain.
